Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION INFORMATION


Each Kamp Director reserves the right to dismiss any Kamper whose behavior becomes detrimental to the other members of Kamp. No refund will be made for absences, dismissals or withdrawals before closing ceremonies. In cases of withdrawal during Kamp on Kamp doctor’s orders, remaining tuition may be refunded. All cancellations must be made in written form or emailed to registration@kanakuk.com

2009 DEPOSIT POLICY (DEPOSIT = $200.00)
  • Cancellations (written or e-mailed notification) before March 1, 2009:
    Deposits will be automatically transferred to a sibling. If no sibling is enrolled, you will receive a full refund of the deposit and any additional payments within 3 weeks of receipt of your cancellation.
     
  • Cancellations (written or e-mailed notification) after March 1, 2009:
    Your entire deposit will be forfeited.  These deposits will be put into our scholarship fund.  If you decide to cancel after March 1st, please notify our office as soon as possible in order to provide another child with the Kamp experience.  Any additional payments will be refunded within 3 weeks of receipt of your cancellation.
     
  • If cancellations occur within 3 weeks prior to your Kamp term, the entire tuition, including deposit will be forfeited, if the space cannot be filled.
