Kamp Capital Needs

Youth today need a place where they feel safe,  a place where they experience friendship and social belonging. They need a place where they exert themselves physically and mentally, discovering inner and outer strength. They need a place that deepens their spirituality, and above all, they need a place where they are loved and supported - with mentors who help nurture these qualities. This place is Kanakuk - where self-esteem does not come from empty praise, but from feeling competent, from having successful experiences, and from making geniune contributions.

Please consider partnering with us and making a gift to one or several of our Kamps so that thousands of kids can experience and enjoy a world-class Kamping experience.

IN HONOR OF/ IN MEMORY OF

Kamp renovations and capital projects provide opportunities for generous donors to leave a permanent legacy at Kanakuk through the recognition of a family gift to honor or memorialize a loved one.

Honorary Gifts

These gifts celebrate an individual’s connection to Kanakuk. Many former Kampers, Counselors, Staff, Parents of Kampers and friends can help fund a Kamp capital project to honor a loved one or a spiritual mentor. The individual for whom the gift is named will receive a list of contributors to the fund, and a list of recipients who benefit from the gift.

Memorial Gifts

These gifts ensure a persons legacy will endure at Kanakuk. The National Christian Foundation – in conjunction with the Kanakuk Development Office- is honored to help families establish opportunities to pay tribute to their loved one.

KAMP ENDOWMENT

Donors can help defray the cost of Kamp or Ministry operations by creating a Kamp endowment. Your gift principle will be safely invested and remain intact while only the interest from the gift will be prudently spent for Kamp/Ministry operations.
