Closing Ceremonies is one of our favorite days at Ka
We have some exciting news coming your way!
Folks, we have retired the red, yellow, and blue dining hall benches and upgraded to a new dining hall!
As you walk into the Dining hall, you will see white tile, shiplap, marble counter tops, wood top tables, black crisp lines, and you cannot help but feel like you're at Magnolia in Waco, Texas! One of our favorite editions to the new dining hall is a patio off to the side of the building with outdoor seating!
Just a few days ago, we had our first ever ribbon cutting for the K-Kountry dining hall! We are so grateful for the Cook family, whose generosity and kindness made this beautiful renovation possible. It was such a fun day of dedicating the Cook Family Dining hall and praying over it.
We are excited for the dance parties, meals, conversartions, and laughter in this place! Our Kampers enjoyed their very first meal in the new dining hall this morning, and LOVED it! We want our dining hall to be a special place where memories are made. We hung two canoes up over the counter tops and have lights hanging from them! This simple yet bold touch is a fun way to make the dining hall feel like a summer kamp!
