K-Kountry Scripture Memory: Part 1, 2016

At K-Kountry, we want every Kamper to know the value and importance of hiding God’s Word in their hearts. Whether it’s at the blob, lunch or devotionals, we strive to continually speak truth into Kampers.

To help accomplish this, every day at Kamp has a different verse associated with it. Kampers start out their day learning the verse of the day in Morning Devo.

For each verse, we teach fun hand motions to help commit it to memory. Check out the videos below to see our first three verses and their hand motions! We encourage you to go over these verses with your Kamper when they arrive home from Kamp! Continue to dive into the Word with them daily, even after you have mastered these six verses.

Sunday, Verse of the Day #1:

“Some trust in chariots, and some trust in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.” Psalm 20:7
