Here at K-1, we are blessed to have 53 teaching times during each two-week session of Kamp. Kampers may not even realize that they are being taught because it is being done in such fun ways.

Each term our Kampers get to experience the pinnacle of Kamp sports through each of our tournaments. Our tournaments are on both boy’s and girl’s side of Kamp and they take place throughout an entire day.

At the end of each term at K-1, we send our oldest Kampers on super fun adventures. These trips are a way to thank our oldest Kampers for being leaders and having a ton of fun!

Stunt is a long time tradition at K-1! It is a production put on the girl's side as a competition by the Kiowas and Kickapoos! The Princesses the tribes work on writing the script during the year, and then they have 2 days in Kamp to put together the production!

During our last K-Life, our director, Shay Robbins, gave a phenomenal talk on how God is the light of the world. Shay opened up with an illustration from his own life about a time when he took his daughter, Lulu, hunting and she had to follow Shay’s words closely.
