Application Process

Step 1: Complete Application

All applicants must complete a paper application before interviewing. You can pick an application up at one of our Interview Locations or you can Request an Application online and we'll send you one to fill out. 

Step 2: Create Profile

Before interviewing, you will need to create an online profile on our website here. Create A Profile

Note: If you are a former kamper or have applied to work before, you will not be able to create an online profile since your information is already in out system. E-mail our Summer Staff Coordinator so we can update your information.

Step 3: Interview

All applicants must personally interview with one of our Directors after completing an application. Find out when our team will be coming to your campus to interview here: Interview Locations

Note: We prefer that you interview in person with us, but if we are not coming close to your campus, see how you can mail your application in to us here.

Step 4: References

Every applicant must have at least two references on file with us before the application process can be completed. These recommendations can be send electronically here: Online References

Note: To access the online references, you must complete a profile first. Once you create an online profile, a password will be e-mailed to you to access your references.
