Kanakuk Colorado is located in the beautiful San Juan Mountains of Colorado. There are rivers to raft and fish, mountains to hike and climb, and a beautiful mountain lake to ski and wakeboard on during your stay. Not only are there exciting extreme activities, but one of the trademarks of Kanakuk is the relationships that you will make while at kamp.

This adventure camp offers challenging outdoor excitement in the midst of breathtaking beauty, whether you're climbing to the top of a mountain, camping among the aspens, or white-water rafting down the Animas river. Ages 13-18.

The Expedition

The Expedition is an opportunity to receive solid Biblical training while also being trained how to live in and navigate the backcountry in our backpacking section, or how to safely go on your own climbing adventures in our new rock climbing section. The Expedition is seven days that can be added to your K-Colorado term.
